By returning this completed checklist, the installer/purchaser implies that the system equipment is ready to be commissioned.

PICO reserves the right on sight to refuse commissioning or any service activity if PICO engineer deem that a potential safety hazard or personnel risk is present for any reason and any additional fees/costs incurred will charge to customer.
